1. check in must be between 3pm to 10pm strictly, check in after this time will be construed as a cancellation
2. payment is on arrival
3. in the event of no show, cancellation or changes to the booking less than 72 hours before arrival there is a fee of up to the value of the booking. Applies only to full rate bookings made directly with the hotel. Advanced payments are strictly non-refundable/non-transferable under any circumstances.
